OKAYS.
since it's teacher's day tomorrow.
lets blog abt teachers.
why ppl want to be teachers nowadays?
love children?
interest?
passion?
cock.
okays.
maybe for older teachers.
who can really teach.
ppl be teachers now bcos they:
-get well-paid.
-get many benefits.
-get a huge sum of pension when they retire, provided they can last that long.
i doubt.
(FYI. our late mr syed got 500k pension when he retired.)
-cant get other jobs.
yet they suffer consequences.
thanks to the notorious bunch of sec 1s.
i named the stretch of sec 1 classes THE LEVEL OF DEATH.
imagine...
whenever a teacher have a lesson in one of these classes....
teacher: *sense an evil aura along the corridor*
teacher: god save me.
teacher: *wiping away cold sweat, take a deep breath and walks to his/her death*
almost everyday we get to see free shows:
MRS ONG
pulled the tie of a sec 1 boy and drag him all the way to the office.
MR SAMUELCHIA-LOOKALIKE
shouted his way out of the class chasing a sec 1 boy.
MS IDUNNOWHO
continued teaching while students were flying paper planes over her head.
and now.
they are dreading to leave.
mskoh/mdmkhoo: u ppl know what those new teachers are doing now?
mskoh/mdmkhoo: they're crossing out days in their calendar, till the day their contract end.

ms loh (though she's not that bad)
i mean.
teach for the sake that u love the occupation.
not teach for the sake of teaching.

i'll be sharing some of my interesting conversations with my beloved mr phoa.
in physics lab
mr phoa:*speaking freaking softly at the teacher's bench*
me: cher cannot hear.
mrphoa:*ignores me and continues squeaking like a mouse*
me: CHER STILL CANNOT HEAR!
mrphoa:*walks to the centre of the class and continue squeaking*
me:-.-
another occasion.
mr phoa:who wants a big teddy bear i got from guardian?
me: I WANT!
mr phoa: u sure? but u must appreciate it u know.
me: okays i dunwan liao.
in class
me: cher u use SK II???
mrphoa: eh? how u know? yah.
mrphoa: last time ppl say i look like jc student,
mrphoa: but now ppl sae im 36. of course must use lar!
me: -.-

mrphoa:*trying very hard to get the OHP screen up*
me: cher pull harder.
mrphoa: cannot! ltr spoil i must pay u know!
mrphoa: eh u come and pull hardhard. ltr spoil u pay not i pay.
me: -.-
CUTE EH???
YEAH RIGHT.
nevertheless.
still wish all teachers a HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY.
we apologise for our disrespect and countless acts of stupidity.
continue the work of nuturing future leaders of singapore.
so that we can impose polices to:
let you retire earlier.
give you lesser work.
give you more money!
find back the passion for teaching when u first started this career of great nobelity.
